On August 16, 2022, two local businesses came together to participate in a home build with Livingston County Habitat for Humanity.

Erin Jedrusik, RN, is a Master Trained Aesthetic Injector and Owner of Revival RN, a state-of-the-art, full-service wellness spa in Brighton, Michigan. Erin is passionate about serving her community – personally and through her business, Revival RN. When she heard team members from Executive Wealth Management were going to participate in a home build with the Livingston Habitat, she had to know how her team could get involved.

Executive Wealth Management is a proud supporter of the Livingston community and has wanted to participate in a home build as a team for quite some time.

“If you have a business in a community, it’s important that you serve that community and you serve it with integrity, and you serve it with giving not only the financial end of it but with time.

– Bert Herzog

EWM worked with Livingston Habitat by planning a day to join forces and help participate in a build for someone’s home. Habitat for Humanity is always looking for volunteers for their home builds – their website has a Volunteer sign-up page with weekly postings and day-of volunteer slots, and they offer team build days for large groups.

Erin and her team at Revival RN collaborated with EWM by combining efforts and participating in the home build, bringing extra helping hands to the home in Howell, Michigan. The group started working on the build at 10 a.m. and completed their day’s work at 4 p.m.; some worked the full day, and some worked a half day.

“I’ve always had it in me to want to help others. Having my business creates a platform and opportunity for me to do it on small and larger scales. I provide services that are very highly sought after and can be very expensive. So, I’ve been fortunate enough to leverage that as a way to raise money and help those who need it.”

– Erin Jedrusik

Livingston County Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide. They do this by constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes, advocating for fair and just housing policies, and providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.
